• Document data (AI products only): Receipt images and extracted accounting data processed by our AI tools (MyAI AuraScan, MyAI Bank Recon, etc.).

• To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• To deliver and improve our software products and services.
• To perform AI-assisted accounting automation on your behalf.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Our AI products use Claude (Anthropic, Inc.) for intelligent document processing. This involves transferring document content to servers located in the United States. By using these features, you consent to this transfer. Anthropic’s privacy policy is available at anthropic.com. We ensure appropriate contractual safeguards are in place.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for support purposes, then deleted. Receipt and document data processed by our AI tools is automatically purged after 30 days. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted upon account closure request.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted credential storage (Windows DPAPI), and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.

7. Your Rights

Under PDPA Malaysia, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data held by us.
• Correct inaccurate personal data.
• Withdraw consent for processing (where processing is consent-based).
• Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal obligations).
• Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Department (JPDP) Malaysia.
